Classes are offered both virtually and in person throughout the Tampa Bay area, making it easy for families to choose the option that feels most comfortable and accessible. Registration is simple and can be completed directly through the website, allowing you to secure your spot with ease.

Choose from private or group childbirth classes tailored to your needs and preferences. Whether you value learning alongside other expectant families or prefer personalized, one-on-one guidance, each class offers practical knowledge, compassionate support, and the confidence to approach birth feeling informed, prepared, and empowered.

Class lengths vary depending on the format, with most sessions ranging from 2 to 4 hours. This allows enough time to dive deeply into education, answer questions, and create space for meaningful discussion. My goal is to ensure that every family leaves feeling informed, supported, and encouraged on their journey toward physiologic birth.
